Cancellation Policy
• 48+ hours in advance: You may cancel or reschedule with no penalty. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
• Within 48 hours:
• Rescheduling will incur a $15 fee.
• Cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit (50% of service).
• Within 24 hours:
• Any cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the booked service to the card on file.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $20 fee.
• No-shows: 100% of the booked service will be charged, and future bookings will not be accepted.
